I have suffered from Rhinophyma for quite a few years and was taking mild antibiotics from time to time when it flared up. After a holiday in France with lots of sea bathing I noticed it had cleared up. Now, when I see it recurring, I just bathe my nose in sea water aa couple of times for a day or two & it dies off - am I on to a new cure? John Cowell, Theddlethorpe. Lincs.
